VIP Table & Bottle Service — Terms & Conditions (Tampa)

  • The name on the table reservation must match the purchaser’s ID and the credit card used for payment. Both must be presented at check-in.

  • Upon arrival, you must present the same credit card used for payment and upload a copy of your driver’s license to our system.

  • All guests must arrive together with the main table holder. Any guests who do not arrive with the main table holder will be required to pay the standard cover charge at the door.

  • Your table includes admission for the number of guests specified in your reservation. Additional guests beyond this number will be subject to a cover charge.

  • All sales are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale.

  • Bottle selections are guest’s choice, except for premium bottles such as 1942, Clase Azul, and Patrón El Alto, which are available for an additional charge.

  • All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID presented at the door. Copies or paper IDs will not be accepted. Non-U.S. IDs must be accompanied by a valid passport for entry.

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

COVID WARNING

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Please do not purchase if you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to this event, including, without limitation, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), or personal injury of any kind (including death), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused, and hereby waive all claims and potential claims against the show producers and venue relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.

Do not attend if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms which include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
