Credit Card & Identification (For Prepaid Reservations Only)

If you prepay using a credit card, the first and last name on the reservation must match the purchaser’s valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for payment. Both must be presented upon arrival. Failure to provide matching identification and payment verification may result in denial of entry or forfeiture of your reservation without refund.

Reservations & Payment

  • Table reservations are not guaranteed until paid in full.

  • Invoices are due immediately upon receipt. If payment is not received the reservation will be released.

All Sales Are Final

All table sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is officially cancelled by the producer or venue.  This includes circumstances such as illness (including COVID-19), scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. No credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of a reservation.

Day of Event

  • All guests must arrive together with the main table holder. Guests arriving separately are be subject to an additional cover charge at the door.

  • Your table includes admission for the number of guests specified on your invoice. Additional guests beyond that number will be charged a cover fee subject to availability.

  • Entry and seating are subject to venue capacity and management discretion.

Age & Identification Requirements

  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Copies or paper identification will not be accepted.

  • Non-U.S. issued IDs must be presented with a valid passport to gain entry.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By completing payment, you authorize charges for the total amount listed on your invoice and agree not to dispute or charge back the transaction without valid cause (e.g., verified event cancellation). Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate revocation of table privileges and may restrict future bookings with the venue or promoter.

Table Reservations are NOT guaranteed until paid in full! Invoices are due immediately. If not paid within 24 hours reservation will be released to waiting list client!

Health & Safety Notice – COVID-19

An inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other illness, including personal injury or death, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You hereby waive all claims against the event producers and venue related to such exposure.
