Pre-Sale VIP Table & Bottle Service (Chicago)

  • The first name and last name of the table reservation must match the Purchaser’s ID and the credit card used for purchase, which must be presented on arrival.

  • Table prices do not include credit card processing fees, tax, or gratuity. Credit card payments will include applicable credit card processing fees.

  • Sales Tax & Gratuity is due on arrival paid directly to the venue.

DAY OF EVENT

  • ALL Guests must arrive TOGETHER. Any guests that don't arrive with the Main Table Holder will be subject to cover charge at the door.

  • Your table includes admission for the number of guests outlined in on your Reservation Form and in your invoice.

  • To ensure the comfort of all guests and to comply with venue occupancy and safety regulations, additional guests beyond the reserved party size cannot be accommodated at your table under any circumstances.

  • ALL Guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States issued identification must be accompanied with valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue.

  • All reservations are considered final upon confirmation. All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be applied to another event, date, or reservation.

Health & Communicable Illness Policy

Guests should not attend if they are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of any communicable illness. By attending the event, each guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19, and agrees to release the event producers, promoters, venue, and their respective affiliates from any claims arising from such exposure.

Please note that our Final Sales Policy remains in effect. A guest's illness, including COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, does not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or cancellation.
